1. First step,go to www.youtube.com and create a Youtube account with your gmail account. If you do not have a Gmail account then we recommend you get one first.
2. Upload some videos to your account (at least 3)
3. Increase your video views by sharing on other social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest , and Google+ etc.
4. Now go video manager and monetize your all videos.After You can simply apply for an "Adsense account" from your YouTube Settings.
5. Now after applying to Adsense for an account you will get an email within the next 24hrs saying that, your account is now enabled for monetization.
6. Now you have a Adsense account.but its not fully working.after one or two weeks you will be recive e-mail from adsense.its the confirmation mail.hureyy!! now you have fully approved adsense account.you can earn with your adsense account.
